Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience leading residential/workplace projects.

• Excellent understanding of construction and technical processes.

• Lead multi-residential and workplace projects through all RIBA stages.
• Act as primary client contact and build relationships.
• Coordinate consultant teams and resolve technical challenges.
