Senior Architectural Technologist

Konker is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a Manchester-based architectural practice.

This RIBA practice has roughly 90 members staff in total, with around 13 working out of its Manchester office.

Over the last 30 years this practice has worked on many award‑winning projects, locally and nationally.

With their core principles revolving around sustainable design and work enjoyment, this diverse practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who loves their work and will bring plenty of enthusiasm along with them.

You’ll have the chance to work on a range of projects including some large‑scale, high‑end e‑commerce projects for global companies, warehousing, manufacturing, aviation, film & TV studios, energy from waste, and data centres.

Responsibilities

• Run your own projects
• Producing feasibility studies through to seeing projects on site
• Use Revit daily
• Producing technical drawings for each stage of the building process
• Working directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Working across all industrial and retail design

Any experience in cladding would be great! Salary for this position is between £35K-£45K depending on previous experience and ability.
