An award-winning architectural practice based in Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead projects across residential and education sectors. You will be responsible for technical drawings, project management, and client interactions. The role offers a hybrid working model, flexible hours, and a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in the UK and strong proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience working in the UK.
  • Proven experience delivering Residential and Education projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from planning through to construction and completion.
  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit.
  • Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
  • Attend and lead client meetings.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues during construction.
  • Prepare and present technical and design information to clients.
