Our client, a Design & Build company, are looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to lead commercial office fit-out schemes.

The company offers a variety of services including design management, fit-out, refurbishment, architectural shell & core design and delivery.

The commercial work varies from corporate offices, data centres, retail to bars and restaurants.

Key Qualifications

• 4 years+ practice experience working as an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or project leader.
• Strong technical detailing abilities.
• A proven background working on fit‑out or refurbishment schemes is essential.
• Proficient Revit abilities are essential, therefore only apply if you can hit the ground running.
• A proven background of running projects to completion, with strong client facing abilities.
