Candidates should have over 5 years of experience, strong design skills, and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Qualifications

• At least 5 years post qualification practical experience.
• Experience working across all RIBA Plan of Work stages.
• In-depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design various projects including Office, Leisure, Education, and Housing.
• Client-facing role requiring effective communication of designs.
• Produce clear and concise reports for stakeholders.
