Senior Architect / Project Lead for Award-Winning Architecture & Sustainability Practice

Central London | Permanent | Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days in-office)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior ARB Architect to join a dynamic, award-winning practice in central London. Specialising in residential and mixed-use developments, this firm focuses on sustainable design and place-making, working with both public and private sector clients.

As Project Lead, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, managing design, delivery, and coordination across RIBA Stages 1-6. You'll also play a key role in business development, contributing to exhibitions and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concept design (RIBA Stages 1-3), preparing planning applications and Design and Access Statements.
• Manage design and delivery through RIBA Stages 4-6, including contract administration and low-carbon detailing.
• Collaborate with project teams and consultants, ensuring high standards across all stages. This is a small team, so you will have support and chance to mentor others but also be required to be hands on with technical drawings too.

The ideal person will be

• ARB Registered Architect with 5 years or more post-Part 3 experience, including years of on-site experience.
• Strong technical and design skills, with experience across all RIBA stages.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Ideally recent 3 years plus) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to manage projects, teams, and clients, while maintaining a focus on sustainability.
