Daily Duties
  • Lead the design and delivery of bespoke high-end private residential projects
  • Work directly with discerning clients, ensuring their vision is translated into exceptional architectural outcomes
  • Manage client communication with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Develop creative design solutions that combine luxury, comfort, and functionality
  • Oversee technical detailing, ensuring compliance with UK Building and Planning Regulations
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, craftspeople, and suppliers to achieve quality delivery
  • Administer contracts and oversee on-site works to ensure precision and high standards
  • Manage and mentor a small team, supporting professional growth and fostering collaboration
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an uncompromising standard of excellence
Ideal Candidate
  • Registered Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience in the UK
  • Proven experience in high-end private residential projects is essential
  • Excellent design capability, with a refined understanding of proportion, detail, and luxury
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and NBS software
  • Strong technical knowledge, with ability to resolve complex detailing at the highest standard
  • Deep understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations
  • Skilled in client-facing communication, able to build trust and manage expectations
  • Confident in leading small teams and overseeing all stages of project delivery
  • Conservation or existing building experience desirable
  • Strong graphic sensibility and hand-drawing ability
  • Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, with a commitment to excellence
