Qualifications

• ARB registered Architect with at least 5 years experience in the UK.
• Proven experience in commercial projects.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs with limited intervention from Managers.
• Contribute to Pre-Construction Information development.
• Prepare compliant designs following UK Construction Law.

Skills

ARB registered Architect with minimum 5 years UK experience

Proven commercial and contractual awareness

Experience in residential high and medium rise, commercial offices or schools

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

Two years experience using Revit as prime software

Routine use of Newforma Project Center
