Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver research projects that inform and evaluate strategy and policy across the pensions landscape.
• Design robust studies and manage qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders to tell compelling, evidence-based stories.
• Turn findings into actionable insights and clear, strategic recommendations.
• Manage research agencies and add value at all stages when working with them; run surveys and analyses independently.
• Apply innovative approaches to maximise the impact of research and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• Work as part of a collaborative team across TPR, taking a leading role on topic-based evidence gathering exercises.
• Support the Principal Analyst and provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts on scoping projects and analytical delivery.
• Flexibly pivot to focus on new work areas as regulatory needs evolve.

Qualifications and Experience
