The role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Private Markets Investment Operations to join our small high‑performing team, supporting the execution of complex investment transactions across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit. This is a hands‑on role where your operational expertise will directly contribute to the success of our unlisted asset portfolio.

Reporting to the Manager – Private Market Operations, you'll work closely with investment teams, custodians, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient transaction execution. Whether it is coordinating new investment structures, navigating custody mechanics, or supporting financial and tax reporting, you'll be at the centre of it all.

What you'll be doing

• Supporting the implementation of investment transactions across private market asset classes.
• Coordinating operational aspects of new investments, including portfolio openings and closings.
• Partnering with internal teams (Legal, Tax, Finance) to ensure structures are operationally sound.
• Contributing to regulatory compliance and risk management across global markets.
• Driving process improvements and helping embed a global "follow the sun" operating model.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in investment operations generally, and/or private markets operations/M&A
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, custody processes, and investment structures.
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related field.
• Experience with portfolio management systems like iLevel is a plus.
• A collaborative mindset, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
