Qualifications

• Total engineering experience of at least 4 years with 2 years in AI/Gen AI.
• Clear communication skills with stakeholders and other engineers.
• Understanding of Engineering and AI ethics.
• Strong time management and dedication to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in teams with good communication.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI systems integrated into existing processes.
• Work with cloud services, preferably AWS.
• Build data pipelines leveraging LLMs or other machine learning models.
• Create backend servers that utilize AI and follow best practices.
• Build testing frameworks to evaluate model performance.
