We are seeking a strategic Senior AI Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of digital financial products.

In this role, you will bridge technology, design and financial services, ensuring products meet user needs, business priorities and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, innovative solutions that enhance customer experience in the financial sector.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap for financial services experiences
  • Incorporate customer insights, usability studies and behavioral analytics into product features that comply with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Compliance and Marketing teams to deliver impactful financial tools and services
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimize features post-release based on performance metrics and customer feedback
  • Define KPIs to measure success and leverage data-driven insights to refine product offerings
  • Monitor fintech trends and emerging UX methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions, or enterprise platforms
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in financial markets, preferably with exposure to private markets such as private equity, private funds or fund administration
  • Equivalent experience in post-trade operations, fund administration or settlements may also be considered
  • Strong commercial awareness of financial services, market structures and regulatory challenges
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely and impactful solutions
  • Demonstrated experience using data analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product teams, architects, engineers, QA testers and UX designers
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute innovative ideas in a dynamic environment
  • Exposure to private fund servicing, structuring or distribution platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
