A reputable financial services firm in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Financial Planning team. You will ensure adherence to processes and contribute to delivering excellent client outcomes by managing client data accurately. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in wealth management and strong communication skills. This role operates on a hybrid basis, providing flexibility alongside a competitive salary.

Role Title : Senior Administrator - Advice Support
Location : Liverpool
Contract : Permanent
Working pattern : Hybrid
To provide administrative support to the whole Financial Planning team to ensure a commercial high quality low risk client service can be delivered. To ensure client data is accurate and up to date to support the client service marketing strategy and BI requirements of the business.
Provide AdviceSupport services to RFP. Ensuring adherence to processes and maintenance of SLAs agreed with the business.
Primarily responsible for day-to-day execution of the servicing of all including complex cases :
good Client outcomes through adherence to regulatory and governance requirements.

Minimum of 18 months relevant experience within the Wealth Management industry including knowledge of all aspects of the teams primary responsibilities.
