A leading financial services provider in London is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to support the EMEA OneCommercial Group. You will coordinate meetings, manage communication with clients, and assist senior leaders with administrative tasks. Excellent communication and organization skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential for this role. Flexibility to work in a team and handle multiple projects is also required.

The Team: We are seeking an organised Senior Administrative Assistant to provide full support as part of the administrative team supporting the EMEA OneCommercial Group. The coverage includes dedicated support to the Global Head of Market Outreach, the Global Head of Marketing and the Global Head of Commercial Excellence who are members of the Global Commercial Ratings Management Team.
The Impact: We are looking for a self-driven, well-organized person who works well within a team environment and is able to interact effectively both internally with work colleagues and externally with clients. The role will work alongside two other Assistants who support the Global Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Head (EMEA) of Sales. Working as a trio, all Assistants will provide administrative support to the EMEA OneCommercial team as required.
