A local educational institution in Chelmsford is looking for a proactive Senior Administrative Assistant. We are seeking an organised and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support the effective management of our school office. The role involves planning, monitoring and prioritising administrative workloads, anticipating termly demands, and supporting Admissions and Appeals administration.
Additional responsibilities include proofreading correspondence, maintaining stationery stock levels, managing SLT on‑call, triaging CPOMs alerts (level 3 safeguarding training provided), acting as Educational Visits Co‑ordinator (training provided), and ensuring all enquiries and feedback are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
