A growing and supportive company in York is seeking a Senior Administrator for Fire & Security Estimating. Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Experience in fire & security or construction admin is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of BS 5839 / BS 8629 is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and format quotations, proposals and design documents.
• Request pricing and product information from suppliers.
• Keep internal systems updated and accurate.
• Follow up on quotations and assist Account Managers with queries.
• Prepare contract documents and O&M manuals.
• Liaise with suppliers on deliveries and technical details.
