The role

A well-established agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager with strong campaign experience to join their client services team.

This is a hands‑on, consultative role, managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients predominantly within the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors. These are not global household name brands; they are ambitious businesses that value strategic input and a collaborative agency partner.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being close to clients, being the face of the account, shaping campaigns end‑to‑end, and having real influence over the work delivered.

Key responsibilities
  • Managing client relationships and leading campaign delivery from brief through to results
  • Planning and delivering online and offline campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Working closely with brand, performance, content, social and design teams
  • Developing campaign messaging, positioning and creative briefs
  • Monitoring performance, analysing results and translating data into clear, actionable insights
