A global customer experience consultancy is hiring a Senior Account Manager who has recent experience managing and growing key client relationships coupled with CRM platform solution understanding and who can engage with cross-function teams and senior stakeholders. The client is offering a basic salary of 45,000 + 20% bonus (paid quarterly) + 25 days holiday + health care + many more, based in Southwark, London with travel to the office two to three times per week.
To be successful, you have experience of CXM / CRM initiatives, preferably within a digital marketing, consultancy or agency setting, experience of up selling / cross selling, financial ownership (budgets, reporting, revenue targets) and strong client-facing capabilities.
