Senior Account Manager Contracts and Stakeholder Relationships to play a pivotal role in managing contracts, financial oversight and key relationships across the health and care system. This high-profile role requires an in-depth understanding of NHS contractual frameworks and strong financial acumen. You will be the primary point of contact for commissioners, practices, and partners, ensuring services are delivered effectively and that performance, governance, and financial obligations are met. You will also contribute to the strategic development of Merton Health CIC, supporting new opportunities and helping to shape the future of primary care services across the borough.
Merton Health CIC (MH) is a dynamic GP Federation established in February 2015 to deliver quality healthcare to Merton's residents. Born from a commitment to innovation and collaboration in General Practice, MH unites 21 local member practices dedicated to robust community healthcare.
Our mission is to bring healthcare services closer to home for Merton's population. By working closely with partners across Merton and surrounding areas, we ensure comprehensive, accessible care for all registered patients. Most of our services are commissioned by South West London ICB, making them widely available to every patient registered with a GP in Merton.
Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager Contracts and Stakeholder Relationships will lead the management of contracts and stakeholder engagement for Merton Health CIC. The postholder will oversee the financial, operational and governance aspects of all CIC contracts, ensuring performance requirements are achieved and reported transparently.
