Senior Account Manager - Manchester / Macclesfield / London / Hybrid / UK remote

Due to continuing growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our team at Ashfield MedComms.

As a Senior Account Manager you will work as part of a collaborative team and supervise a range of communications projects in a busy publications team working on dynamic and fast paced accounts. Using your project management skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients including traditional deliverables and exciting digital pieces. You will research information from a variety of sources to provide expertise in therapy areas and products and, as a primary client liaison point, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards.

To succeed you will have :
  • Previous experience working in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment.
  • Excellent project management skills and be comfortable leading on client facing projects on dynamic accounts while meeting client and group objectives.
  • Experience in publications deliverables
  • Strong therapy area experience.
  • Good financial understanding with experience of budgeting.
  • A flair for working well within a team with strong written and verbal communication skills.
