Senior Client Lead (Account Director Level)

Location: London | Salary: £65,000 | Hybrid Working (2-3 days office)

Are you an experienced Account Director with a passion for creative communications, marketing strategy, and employee engagement? Do you thrive on building trusted client relationships, delivering measurable business impact, and leading innovative campaigns? Key responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic discussions with senior stakeholders and drive client satisfaction, growth and retention through measurable business value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, translate complex client needs into actionable creative solutions, and ensure clarity and high‑quality execution across delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, project managers and creative teams to deliver award‑winning results and exceptional client experiences.
  • Mentor junior team members and shape the agency's offer and reputation.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Client Services Lead within a creative agency, communications consultancy or marketing firm.
  • Knowledge of internal communications, employee engagement and change management in large organisations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design best practices, plus excellent relationship‑building, facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, optimistic, collaborative and curious about the future of workplace culture and employee experience.
