SEND Teaching Assistant – Day-to-Day Supply, Starting Immediately

These flexible opportunities are ideal for support staff who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different school settings. You will work across multiple schools in Bicester and the surrounding areas, providing day-to-day support with the potential for longer-term or permanent roles.

Duties as SEND Teaching Assistant:
  • Support pupils with special educational needs in classroom and small group settings
  • Assist in implementing individual education and behaviour plans
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to ensure tailored support
  • Provide one-to-one assistance where required and help pupils engage with learning activities
  • Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times
Ideal SEND Teaching Assistant:
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEND is desirable
