Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP – Secondary) Location: Barnet, EN4 Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only Working Pattern: Monday–Friday (early finish on Fridays)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our Secondary School ARP in Barnet (EN4). This is a rewarding full-time role supporting students with Autism in a structured and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with ASD
  • Support students’ learningücht, emotional intake, and social development
  • Deliver personal care where required, with dignity and sensitivity
  • Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience working with students with ASD
  • Willingness and ability to carry out personal care
  • Experience in a secondary school or SEN setting (preferred)
  • Calm583, patient, and resilient approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork revisão
