Location: Windsor Hours: Full-time, Term-time Start Date: ASAP. We are recruiting on behalf of an independent specialist day school in Windsor, seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of complex needs.

This highly respected specialist setting provides high-quality education for pupils with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviours. The team is committed to delivering personalised, nurturing and engaging learning experiences that enable every young person to thrive.

The Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with diverse and sometimes complex needs. You will help pupils build confidence, develop communication skills and engage positively in their learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils with complex educational needs and communication difficulties
