SEND Teaching Assistant

Location : Islington

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 4 : 00pm

Contract : Full time, temporary

School Type : Primary and Secondary SEN

About the Role

An inclusive, well supported SEN school in Islington is looking for a full time SEND Teaching Assistant to work across their primary and secondary sites. You’ll be supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in a structured, nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support to pupils with SEND
  • Assist with differentiated learning activities
  • Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
  • Help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment
Requirements
