Simply Education is recruiting a compassionate and experienced SEND Teacher on behalf of a dedicated SEND school in Grantham. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to teach students with severe learning disabilities, contributing significantly to their learning, development, and overall well‑being. This role will be full‑time and is to start as soon as possible.

About the Role

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with severe learning disabilities.

Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.

Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing essential life skills.

Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

Utilise your knowledge of the EYFS framework to support early learning goals.

Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and parents to provide holistic support.

Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.

About You

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
