Aspire People are currently recruiting SEND teaching assistants to work in a special needs school located in High Peak.

This particular school are looking for a teaching assistant that has experience working in the care sector, who is interested in utilising their skills within education. This school caters for students in KS1 through to KS4.

This school is currently recruiting to start January 2026 with a rolling contract. Option to go permanent and pay rate is up to 115 per day.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone from an education background or those that have worked within Healthcare/Support Work.

The Role
  • Monday to Friday - 8:30 - 15:30, full time
  • Long-term contract with the option of extending
  • Location: High Peak
  • School: SEMH school
  • Pay: (Apply online only) /day
  • Transport: Must drive between campuses. Mileage is reimbursed at 42p/mile
  • Start: January 2026
