An educational recruitment agency is seeking a confident Cover Supervisor for a SEND school in Shropshire. The successful candidate will supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged with their work in a supportive environment. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:40pm

Protocol Education are recruiting a dedicated and confident Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming SEND school in Shropshire, starting this January.
This school provides a supportive, inclusive environment where pupils with additional needs are encouraged to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. As part of a well-regarded Trust, the school places strong emphasis on nurturing relationships, consistency, and creating a calm, structured setting where every pupil can succeed. They are now looking for a Cover Supervisor who can step in with confidence, maintain routines, and support pupils to stay engaged with their learning.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff, ensuring pupils remain focused on pre-set work and feel supported throughout the school day. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, positive, and predictable learning environment, which is especially important in a SEND setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
