Job summary

Qualifications

Location: Snaith
Salary: £26 – £33 per hour
Start Date: January 2026 or sooner

GSL Education are searching for confident and caring SEN Tutors to deliver impactful 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs in Snaith. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a role where every session makes a difference.

Role Overview

Provide individual tuition to pupils with SEND including autism, SEMH, ADHD and other learning difficulties.

Teach core subjects or Functional Skills, adapting lesson content to each pupil’s needs.

Support children educated outside mainstream settings or preparing for reintegration.

Maintain strong communication with parents, GSL Education and associated professionals.

Encourage independence and emotional resilience through structured learning.

What We’re Looking For

QTS, specialist SEN qualifications or strong SEN tutoring experience.

Knowledge of personalised learning and behaviour regulation.

Calm, nurturing and supportive teaching style.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
