This primary school is based within walking distance of two local tube stations in Redbridge, London and is also very accessible via bus and car.
We are seeking 2 SEN Teaching Assistants: either with experience working with children with SEN or recent graduates in Education, Psychology, Criminology, or an SEN‑related degree.
The students in this mainstream primary school have a variety of special educational needs including ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or learning difficulties. Experience of working 1‑2‑1 with SEN or a passion for supporting children with additional needs is desirable.
These two Teaching Assistant positions are within EYFS, KS1 or KS2; depending on your experience and preference, please get in touch to discuss the roles available at this school.
You will support your dedicated child in the classroom, helping the class teacher within the class. Your main role will be to build a rapport with your allocated child and help them feel confident in and out of the classroom, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
