Contract: Full-time & Long Term
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Croydon, is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.

Role

As the SEN Teacher, you will work closely with pupils across the primary age range, supporting children with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD, and a range of complex learning needs. You will play a key role in delivering tailored learning programmes and promoting positive outcomes for all learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Contribute to the development and review of EHCPs
  • Work collaboratively with the SENCO, class teachers, support staff, and external professionals
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil development
