The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons and must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). While SEN experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must be enthusiastic about teaching and legal to work in the UK. This position offers competitive daily pay and an immediate start date.

Pay: 175 - 230 a day

Veritas Education are looking for an SEN Teacher to join an Outstanding rated SEN school in Rossendale. We work with schools across Lancashire and surrounding areas who are in search for dedicated teachers. The ideal candidate would be someone that is confident, resilient and who is capable to deliver stimulating and interesting lessons that keep pupils engaged in class work. The school are also considering unqualified teachers who have the relevant experience.

The successful candidates does not require SEN experience but it is preferred and you must have QTS.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic & passionate about teaching
• Has QTS
• Creative and innovative
• Either have a Current DBS (update service) or be happy to apply for one through ourselves.
• All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
• You must have legal right to work in the UK
• You must be willing to attend a registration interview
