Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and delivering tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assessing student progress, setting individual learning goals, and providing regular feedback.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of teaching assistants and other professionals to support student development.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
  • Implementing and adapting individualised education plans (IEPs).
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
