Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEND, including ASD, SEMH, and MLD
  • Assist in delivering differentiated lessons under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Support the implementation and review of EHCPs alongside staff and external professionals
  • Use a variety of strategies to support communication, emotional regulation, and behaviour
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
