Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Wirral

Do you have experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant and a passion for supporting children with challenging behaviour? Are you committed to making a difference for students with special educational needs? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN TA to join a supportive SEN school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help plan and deliver engaging lessons designed for students of different abilities.
  • Support students in understanding the curriculum and developing essential academic skills.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback and assistance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a UK school environment.
  • Must have an Enhanced DBS check (child and adult) or be willing to apply for one.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Ideally available to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
