A specialist school in Ware is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, patience, and a positive attitude. Experience is not mandatory as full training will be provided. Key responsibilities include supporting pupils in the classroom, working under teacher guidance, and creating a safe learning environment. The position offers comprehensive support from a dedicated team and includes access to CPD courses.
We are working in partnership with a specialist school in Ware, Hertfordshire to recruit Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated and supportive team.
This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are patient, positive, and passionate about helping young people thrive. You will be supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Learning Difficulties, Autism (ASD), Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN), and behavioural needs, working closely alongside experienced and nurturing teaching staff.
No previous SEN or Teaching Assistant experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
