Would you love to play a key role in the smooth, day-to-day running of a warm and welcoming specialist school in East Cheshire?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected SEN school as an SEN School Administrator, supporting the senior leadership team and helping the school community thrive.

About the Role – SEN School Administrator

We’re seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented School Administrator to support the school’s daily operations. You’ll be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and staff to ensure the effective running of administrative processes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining and updating accurate student records and databases
  • Supporting with attendance tracking, reporting and analytics
  • Assisting with admissions, enrolment, and timetabling
  • Managing office communications, including phone, email, and visitor enquiries
  • Providing professional front-of-house support to staff, parents, and visitors
  • Collaborating with teachers and SLT to ensure smooth administrative workflows
About You – What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a School Administrator, SEN Administrator, or Office Manager (education setting desirable)
  • Confident using school systems (SIMS, Arbor, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A positive, professional, and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
