Overview

As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative and therapeutic approach to teaching, tailoring lessons to pupils\' individual needs and ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises their achievement and personal development. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Teacher with SEMH experience who wants to spend less time on paperwork and more time creating engaging, meaningful learning opportunities for pupils with varied and complex needs. You will work in a school where safeguarding is paramount and where pupils are respected, listened to, and encouraged to take an active role in their own education.

We are looking for a Class Teacher experienced in SEMH who can teach across a range of subjects and who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy, confident, and successful. This role will be based at our Cotswold Lodge site, working with a small group of pupils. Experience in the independent SEMH sector and with SEN pupils would be an advantage.
