As a SEN Teacher, you will take a creative and therapeutic approach to teaching, tailoring lessons to pupils\' individual needs and ensuring delivery of the curriculum in a way that maximises their achievement and personal development. We are looking for a Class Teacher experienced in SEMH who can teach across a range of subjects and who shares our vision to build incredible futures by empowering vulnerable young people to be happy, confident, and successful. This role will be based at our Cotswold Lodge site, working with a small group of pupils. Experience in the independent SEMH sector and with SEN pupils would be an advantage.

Salary: £31,650 - £43k per annum, Full Time
We offer a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial in which you can work one day less each week (or equivalent hours) while still receiving full-time pay. Many of our schools have already introduced the 4DWW, with others rolling it out as staffing permits.
