Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and energetic SEN PE Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in Basingstoke. This is a full‑time role, with the opportunity to teach one day of Maths each week depending on timetable needs.
This role is ideal for a teacher with a genuine commitment to supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs, including SEMH, autism, and speech and language needs. You will play a key role in promoting physical education, wellbeing, confidence, and holistic development.
Deliver engaging and accessible PE lessons tailored to a diverse range of SEN learners
Potential to teach one day of Maths each week
Develop personalised learning plans and differentiated resources
Foster a positive learning environment that supports emotional and behavioural needs
Work collaboratively with a supportive multidisciplinary team
Contribute to whole‑school activities, enrichment, and physical development programmes
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Previous experience working in SEN settings is highly desirable
Strong behaviour management and a nurturing approach
Ability to inspire and motivate learners with varied needs
