Job description

Affinity Workforce Solutions are looking to recruit learning support assistants in Bristol. We have several opportunities in multiple schools across the area. The ideal candidates are people who are enthusiastic, hard-working, supportive and want to make a positive impact in the lives of children and young people. The correct candidates must be open-minded, eager to teach and wanted to influence the young minds.

The successful applicant:

• Have a sound understanding of Primary and Secondary Education
• Have excellent literacy, Numeracy, and communication skills
• Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
• Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
• Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in smalls groups and 1:1.
• Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
