SEN English Teacher

Location: Preston
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Pay: 140 - 185
Start Date: December

Your Role as a Teacher
  • Lead and teach small classes of students
  • Manage the emotional, educational and behavioural needs of students
  • Adapt work and learning to suit the needs of each pupil
  • Encourage positive participation, focus and confidence in lessons
  • Develop a robust curriculum to support learners
  • Contribute to a calm, safe and inclusive school environment
We’re Looking For
  • Fully qualified (QTS) teacher
  • Experience in teaching students with additional needs
  • A proactive and patient approach
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • Robust and comfortable with challenging behaviour
