• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Relevant experience in SEN, education, or care.
• Training in manual handling, first aid, or medication administration (desirable).

• Provide 1:1 or small group support in lessons.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Implement behaviour and communication strategies.
• Support students’ emotional wellbeing and social development.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and families.
