Overview

The Education Network is recruiting for a dynamic and inclusive college dedicated to supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), aged 16–25, to achieve their full potential. The college provides a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every learner is encouraged to develop their skills for independence, further education, and employment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-prepared work to SEN students aged 16–25.
  • Provide individualised support to learners, ensuring lessons are engaging and accessible.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive, respectful learning environment.
  • Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties.
  • Work closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure continuity of provision.
  • Maintain accurate records and feedback on learner progress as required.
