Location: Trafford
Pay: £110.00 - £130.00 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School Role

A specialist school in Trafford are looking for an SEN Cover Supervisor who can make a real impact to children with barriers to learning. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to help create inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environments where every student can thrive.

As an SEN Cover Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessonstailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Using effective behaviour management strategies to maintain structure and support student success.
  • Providing individual and small-group support for those with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility.
  • Building strong relationships to boost confidence and participation, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback to support development.
