Your Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care including toileting, dressing support, and hygiene needs

Support pupils with Autism and ADHD through structured routines and behaviour strategies

Assist teachers in creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment

Encourage communication, engagement, independence, and confidence

Support students during transitions, outdoor activities, and sensory sessions

Work collaboratively with SEN staff, therapists, and senior leaders
