A welcoming SEN school in Newbury is recruiting a SEN and Mental Health Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and trauma-related behaviours. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, therapists, and support staff to help pupils manage their emotions, engage in learning, and reach their full potential.

This role is ideal for aspiring therapists, social workers, educational psychologists, or anyone with a passion for mental health and child development.
