SEMH Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Impact in Education

Are you calm under pressure, empathetic, and passionate about mental health? We're recruiting flexible SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in a range of supportive school environments. You'll provide crucial support to pupils dealing with emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils experiencing SEMH difficulties.
  • Help students develop resilience, emotional awareness, and self-regulation.
  • Provide stability, encouragement, and consistent boundaries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A flexible attitude and willingness to travel up to an hour for work.
  • A trauma-informed, nurturing approach.
  • A DBS certificate and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Relevant experience in SEMH or behaviour support is a bonus.
