A leading education staffing agency is seeking an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Northamptonshire. The role involves supporting a primary-aged student with specific educational needs on a 1:1 basis, emphasizing an inclusive and nurturing environment. Ideal candidates will have SEN experience and a calm demeanor, available full time from Monday to Friday. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £90-100 depending on experience and starts immediately.

Qualifications

  • UK based experience in primary/secondary/sen settings is beneficial.
  • SEN experience is essential.
  • Ability to adapt to different needs you are supporting.
  • A calm and patient approach to learning.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students with additional needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support a primary aged student on a 1:1 basis.
  • Assist in the learning and development of students.
  • Work full time Monday to Friday 8:30-3:30.

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a mainstream primary school who are looking for a 1:1 teaching assistant to support a student in KS2 for an immediate start.
