The Role - SEMH Teacher

As a SEMH Teacher, you’ll deliver creative, differentiated lessons that prioritise emotional safety alongside academic progress. • Remain calm under pressure
  • Can set boundaries with warmth and clarity
  • Are active, confident and able to model positive behaviour
  • Bring reliability and a team‑first attitude
