The role involves designing and building automated proposal documents, collaborating with a team, and supporting ongoing platform development. Ideal candidates will have extensive knowledge of Seismic platform administration and LiveDoc development, along with strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. The position offers a hybrid working model, focusing on improving the user journey for Front Office teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Seismic platform administration and LiveDoc development.
• Familiar with Seismic LiveSend, Digital Sales Rooms, Workflows, and Reference Content.
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Word, particularly with Seismic add‑ins.
• Advanced Excel capability, including Seismic Lists and databases.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated and customisable proposal documents.
• Build scalable Seismic LiveDoc solutions for Front Office teams.
• Gather project requirements and manage expectations.
• Test and optimise Seismic solutions for performance.
• Support integrations between Seismic and external systems.
• Collaborate on platform projects and continuous improvement.
• Deliver training sessions to end users.
• Provide analytics and reporting on delivered solutions.
